Terengganu Explores Green Hydrogen Hub Feasibility

KUALA TERENGGANU: In a major step towards sustainable energy, the Terengganu state government has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a consortium of international renewable energy firms.

The agreement initiates a comprehensive feasibility study for establishing a utility-scale green hydrogen production hub along the state's coastline, leveraging abundant solar and wind resources.

This initiative aligns perfectly with the SG4 New Resources & Future Income Generation cluster, aiming to position the East Coast as a leader in the upcoming green energy transition.
