SG4 Group Officially Incorporated

KUALA LUMPUR: In a historic move for regional economic coordination, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Perlis have officially incorporated SG4 Group.

The corporate vehicle, owned equally with a 25% stake held by each respective state's investment arm, will serve as the central execution agency for the SG4 economic platform.

This formalisation allows the bloc to negotiate investments, plan cross-border infrastructure, and develop strategic resources as a single unified entity, offering investors unprecedented scale and coordination outside the Klang Valley.
